At Mission Pilates we use the Allegro 2 reformers. We currently have a total of 8 Allegro reformers in our studio. Their dynamic design makes it fun to take the contemporary approach to Pilates and incorporate new innovative movements that traditional pilates machines can't perform. Our group fitness classes include light weights, resistance bands, and cardio intervals. Some classes focus specifically on cardio while others focus on weight and resistance training.

While we offer cardio specific reformer classes, Bounce can bring you to the next level. Bounce and Barre Bounce (A hybrid class combining trampoline fitness and Barre principals) not only intensifies your cardio, it can greatly improve your core stability, coordination, and balance.
