Kaycie

Kaycie is certified in Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, Bounce from Bellicon & Barre Bounce from Booty Barre Bounce, Barre from Booty Barre Bounce, TRX, and Personal Training from NASM. She teaches Reformer Pilates, Bounce, Barre Bounce, Circuit Training, and Barre


*Kaycie uses a hands on approach with physical and verbal adjustments. This approach is best for individuals who are accepting of physical touch

Kristina

Kristina is certified in Reformer Pilates from Balanced Body, Mat Pilates from ASFA, Barre Bounce from Booty Barre Bounce, has more than 15 years of experience in ballet, and has a BA in Human Osteology from San Francisco State University. She teaches Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Ballet, Bounce, Barre Bounce, and the Mission Pilates certification program


*Kristina uses a hands on approach with physical and verbal adjustments. This approach is best for individuals who are accepting of physical touch

Jenny

Jenny is certified in Personal Training from ISSA and is currently working on her Reformer Pilates certification through Stott. She is a certified nutritionist from ISSA and Harvard University and also offers nutrition services. She teaches Reformer Pilates and Circuit Training


*Jenny uses a combination hands on and off approach with physical and verbal adjustments. This approach is best for individuals who are accepting of physical touch or do not prefer physical touch

Stephanie

Stephanie is a very talented baker and has multiple degrees in astrophysics and education! She is certified in Reformer Pilates from Balanced Body, Barre from Udemy, and Personal Training from NASM. She teaches Reformer Pilates and Barre


*Stephanie uses a hands off approach with little to no physical adjustments and mostly verbal adjustments. This approach is best for individuals who do not prefer physical touch

Krystal

Krystal is a long time Reformer Pilates goer and is currently finishing her Reformer Pilates certification through Mission Pilates. She teaches Reformer Pilates


*Krystal uses a combination hands on and off approach with physical and verbal adjustments. This approach is best for individuals who are accepting of physical touch or do not prefer physical touch

Carla

Carla is a former middle school teacher and Reformer Pilates enthusiast turned instructor! She is currently finishing her Reformer Pilates certification through Mission Pilates.  She teaches Reformer Pilates

Kristin

Kristin is a long time Pilates goer and lover who has received her comprehensive training through the Pure Pilates Program. A bookkeeper by day, she teaches Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates

Diana

Diana is a former competitive canoe racer and physical fitness and all around wellness have always had a large role in her life! After years of Pilates as a client, she decided to take the leap to instructor! She is currently finishing her Mission Pilates Certification. She teaches Reformer Pilates

Kristina C.

Kristina has been a certified Mat Pilates instructor since 2007. And is finalizing her training on the reformer. She is dedicated to making Pilates accessible for everyone, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and find balance.

Miren

Miren is a certified Pilates instructor with a forty year ballet background. She loves to help people get in touch with their body through movement and challenge themselves to build strength, balance and flow. She teaches Reformer and Mat Pilates and Circuit Training. She is also available for private sessions.
